    Your eSIM Day 1 begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network in the USA and runs until 23:59 (GMT+0).

    For example, if you install your eSIM at 10:45 PM, that counts as Day 1, and Day 2 starts at 00:00 (GMT+0).

    Your plan expires at 00:00 (GMT+0) on the final day of your selected eSIM plan period.

    T-Mobile / Verizon Network Provider

    Your eSIM Day 1 begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network in the USA and runs until 23:59 (GMT+8).

    For example, if you install your eSIM at 10:45 PM, that counts as Day 1, and Day 2 starts at 00:00 (GMT+8).

    Your plan expires at 00:00 (GMT+8) on the final day of your selected eSIM plan period.

    📶 What is the IP Breakpoint?

    The IP breakout point depends on the network provider you select.

    For our USA Unlimited Data eSIM plans powered by T-Mobile / Verizon, the IP breakout point is Hong Kong. For plans using the AT&T network, the IP breakout point is Poland.

    ⏳ How can I extend the days on my unlimited data plan?

    You can’t extend the number of days on your existing USA Unlimited Data eSIM plan.

    To keep using unlimited data after your plan expires, purchase a new Unlimited Data eSIM plan for instant connectivity.

    🔄 Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.

    If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

    If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

    📞 Can I make calls and send SMS with the USA Unlimited Data eSIM?

    No, all our USA Unlimited Data eSIM plans are data-only and don't support traditional voice calls or SMS.

    You can, however, make calls and send messages using VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, or Messenger over your eSIM data.
