    Each day includes up to 20GB of data with data speeds of up to 5 Mbps. Once 20GB has been used, speeds are reduced to 1 Mbps for the remainder of the day and automatically reset the following day.

    Simply choose the number of days you need and enjoy seamless connectivity across your Asia-Pacific trip without worrying about running out of data. Use maps, browse the web, share photos, stream music, stay active on social media, and keep in touch with friends and family throughout your trip.

    In rare cases, local network operators may apply restrictions where fraud, misuse, excessive network abuse, or illegal activity is detected.

    The Asia-Pacific Unlimited Data eSIM supports 5G/LTE/4G/3G connectivity, with network speeds varying by location and the local carrier you are connected to.

    Major cities typically offer the fastest data speeds, while rural areas, remote towns, islands, and other less populated regions may experience slower connectivity or reduced coverage.

    Network availability, speeds, and coverage are provided by local carriers and remain outside of our control. For this reason, refunds are not available for coverage-related issues once the eSIM has been installed.

    📅 When will Asia-Pacific Unlimited Data eSIM start & end?

    The Asia-Pacific Unlimited Data eSIM activates when it first connects to a supported mobile network in any of the 15 included destinations. Day 1 begins at the time of first connection and ends at 23:59 (GMT+8), with each subsequent day resetting at 23:59 (GMT+8).

    For example, if your eSIM first connects at 10:45 PM, this will count as Day 1, and Day 2 will begin at 00:00 (GMT+8).

    Your eSIM plan will expire at 23:59 (GMT+8) on the final day of your selected plan period.

    You can, however, make calls and send messages using VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, or Messenger over your eSIM data.

    ⏳ How can I extend my eSIM?

    The Asia-Pacific Unlimited Data eSIM cannot be topped up, extended, or renewed once purchased.

    If you need additional days of service, simply purchase a new Europe Unlimited Data eSIM plan to continue staying connected throughout your trip.

    🔄 Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.

    If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

    If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

    📡 Can I use tethering or hotspot sharing?
