Returns
Our 7-day change-of-mind policy has you covered for your original eSIM purchase, our policy doesn't extend to any top-up packages added. To be eligible for a refund, one of the following must apply:
Your eSIM hasn’t been installed on any device
We’ll confirm this on our end, and if everything checks out (our decision is final), you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
The following eSIM plans aren't covered by our 7-day change-of-mind policy covering the following countries:-

Your eSIM was installed, but no data was used
Even 1KB counts as usage, so it must be completely untouched. We’ll verify this as well—our decision is final. A 10% restocking fee may apply, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The following eSIM plans are ineligible for a refund once installed:-

Our Change of Mind policy is here to keep things flexible—but to make sure it stays fair for everyone, we may decline requests if we spot signs of misuse. This could include repeated refund requests from the same customer or bulk orders followed by multiple refund claims.
After 7 days no refunds are issued even if your phone’s playing hard to get (locked or incompatible), or if you jump the gun and activate your SIM too early.
