Throttling or usage restrictions may also occur if fraud, misuse, or illegal activity is detected, or if unusually high usage takes place within a short period.

The AT&T USA/Mexico/Canada eSIM Data plans provide coverage across the continental United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

Coverage isn't supported in Yellowknife and Banff National Park in Canada.

5G+ is the fastest version of 5G offered by AT&T. It uses advanced network technology, including high-band and enhanced mid-band spectrum, to provide faster downloads, smoother streaming, and lower latency than standard 5G.

Coverage is typically limited to major cities, airports, and high-traffic locations (stadiums) rather than nationwide. When you're in a supported area, your device will automatically connect to 5G+.

To use 5G+, you’ll need a compatible device. Most newer iPhones (iPhone 12 and above) and high-end Android devices like Samsung Galaxy S21+ and Pixel 6+ support 5G+ as long as they include the required network bands.

Your AT&T USA/Mexico/Canada eSIM activates as soon as it’s installed on your device, regardless of your location.

For the best experience, we recommend installing it on Day 1 of your trip.

Each day is calculated in 24-hour periods from the time of installation.

This eSIM cannot be registered directly with AT&T or linked to the AT&T app, and data usage tracking is not available.

You can’t extend the number of days or add data to your existing AT&T USA/Mexico/Canada eSIM plan.

If you need more time or extra data, just purchase a new eSIM and stay connected.

No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.

If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

Yes, tethering and hotspot sharing are supported, with a 10GB allowance shared across the USA, Mexico & Canada. Simply enable hotspot mode in your device settings to share your connection.
