    Coverage doesn't extend to Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man or any UK Overseas Territories, including Gibraltar, Bermuda, Anguilla, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Falkland Islands, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands, Pitcairn Islands, St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, the British Indian Ocean Territory, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, or the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia.

    📅 When will my Unlimited Data Plan start & end?

    Your eSIM Day 1 begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network in the UK and runs until 23:59 (GMT+8).

    For example, if you install your eSIM at 10:45 PM, that counts as Day 1, and Day 2 starts at 00:00 (GMT+8).

    Your plan expires at 00:00 (GMT+8) on the final day of your selected eSIM plan period.

    📶 What is the IP Breakpoint?

    All our UK Unlimited Data eSIM plans use Three’s 5G/4G network, with Hong Kong being the IP Breakpoint.

    ⏳ How can I extend the days on my unlimited data plan?

    You can’t extend the number of days on your existing UK Unlimited Data eSIM plan.

    To keep using unlimited data after your plan expires, purchase a new Unlimited Data eSIM plan for instant connectivity.

    🔄 Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.

    If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

    If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

    📞 Can I make calls and send SMS with the UK Unlimited Data eSIM?

    No, all our UK Unlimited Data eSIM plans are data-only and don't support traditional voice calls or SMS.

    You can, however, make calls and send messages using VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, or Messenger over your eSIM data.
