    📞 Can I make calls with the UK + Global eSIM eSIM?

    Yes, the UK + Global eSIM includes Unlimited Calls & SMS while you’re visiting the UK and supported EU countries.

    For all other destinations, the eSIM provides data only.

    You’ll also receive a temporary UK mobile number. We recommend not using this number to register for apps, banking, or other important services, as it may be recycled and assigned to another customer after 30 days.

    Please note that calls to premium-rate, special, or non-standard numbers are not supported.

    🌍 What network speeds can I expect?

    The UK + Global eSIM supports 5G, LTE, and 4G speeds, depending on your destination and the local network available.

    Speeds and coverage may vary by location. Major cities offer stronger and faster connections, while rural areas, remote towns, and islands may have slower speeds, limited coverage, or no coverage at all.

    Network coverage and availability are managed by local mobile operators and are outside of our control. Refunds are not available for issues related to local network coverage.

    📅 When will the UK + Global eSIM start & end?

    The UK + Global eSIM activates when it first connects to a supported network in any of the 68 included destinations. 

    Once purchased, you have 180 days to install and activate your eSIM.

    Each plan day follows GMT+0 and ends at 23:59. For example, if your eSIM first connects at 10:45 PM GMT+0, this will still count as Day 1, and Day 2 will begin at 00:00 GMT+0.

    Your plan will expire at 23:59 GMT+0 on the final day of your selected plan period.

    📶 What is the IP Breakpoint?

    The UK + Global eSIM, powered by Three UK, does not use a fixed IP breakout point; with the exception of when you’re located in the UK, your eSIM connects directly to the Three UK network.

    Instead, your connection is automatically routed through Three UK’s roaming partners based on your location, helping you access the best available network and data speeds while you travel.

    ⏳ How can I extend my eSIM?

    You can’t extend the number of days or add data to your existing UK + Global eSIM plan.

    If you need more time or extra data, just purchase a new UK + Global eSIM and stay connected.

    🔄 Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred. 

    If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

    If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

    📡 Can I use tethering or hotspot sharing?

    Yes, tethering and hotspot sharing are supported. Just enable hotspot mode on your device settings to share your connection.
