    Data coverage is not available on Aguiguan, Farallon de Medinilla, Anatahan, Sarigan, Guguan, Alamagan, Pagan, Agrihan, Asuncion, the Maug Islands and Farallon de Pajaros. It also excludes data coverage in other U.S. territories and the continental United States.

    Network speeds and signal strength can vary depending on your location and local conditions, with stronger coverage typically available in more populated areas. As coverage is provided by the local carrier and is outside our control, coverage-related issues are not eligible for a refund.

    📞 Can I make calls with the Mariana Islands Unlimited Data eSIM?

    With the Mariana Islands Unlimited Data eSIM, selected plans include unlimited local calls and SMS.

    Plans with calling and SMS are issued with a temporary local number, we don’t recommend using it for any app sign-ups, as the number may be recycled and reassigned after your plan ends.

    Premium-rate, special service and other non-standard numbers aren’t supported, and international calls or SMS are not supproted.

    📅 When will my Unlimited Data Plan start & end?

    Your Mariana Islands eSIM plan commences once it connects to a local mobile network in Guam, Saipan, Tinian or Rota.

    Each day is counted as a full 24-hour period from the date and time of activation.

    📶 What is the IP Breakpoint?

    The Mariana Islands Data eSIM issues a local IP address, with Guam / Northern Mariana Islands being the IP breakout point.

    ⏳ How can I extend the days on my unlimited data plan?

    You can’t extend the number of days on your existing Mariana Islands Unlimited Data eSIM plan.

    To keep using unlimited data after your plan expires, purchase a new Unlimited Data eSIM plan for instant connectivity.

    🔄 Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.

    If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

    If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

    📞 Can I make calls and send SMS with the Malaysia Unlimited Data eSIM?

    No, all our Malaysia Unlimited Data eSIM plans are data-only and don't support traditional voice calls or SMS.

    You can, however, make calls and send messages using VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, or Messenger over your eSIM data.
