    The IP routing option you select determines which mobile carrier you'll connect to while travelling in Hong Kong & Macao at 5G/4G/LTE data speeds.

    Network availability, speeds and coverage are provided by local carriers and remain outside of our control. For this reason, refunds are not available for coverage-related issues once the eSIM has been used.

    Your eSIM Day 1 begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network within Hong Kong or Macao and runs until 23:59 (GMT+8).

    For example, if you install your eSIM at 10:45 PM, that counts as Day 1, and Day 2 starts at 00:00 (GMT+8).

    Your plan expires at 23:59 (GMT+8) on the final day of your selected eSIM plan period.

    You can’t extend the number of days on your existing Hong Kong & Macao Unlimited Data eSIM plan.

    To keep using unlimited data after your plan expires, purchase a new Unlimited Data eSIM plan for instant connectivity.

    🔄 Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?

    No, once your eSIM is installed, it is locked to that device and cannot be transferred.

    If you want to use the service on another phone, please purchase a separate eSIM for that device.

    If an eSIM plan is reinstalled or activated a second time on the same or another device, the plan will be immediately voided, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
