Why is my iPhone eSIM stuck on 'Activating'?

No need to worry—your eSIM is fully installed, even if it indicates "Activating" or "Activation Failure." This can sometime occur if you installed the eSIM before arriving at your destination.

Once you arrive the activation process will automatically complete once your phone picks up signal. Your data eSIM will be ready to use. Just make sure you’ve enabled Roaming in your settings.
